Tecnologie Galvaniche Innocenti has implemented new procedures that make the treatments as effective as possible: High-performance passivation of steels and metal alloys is essential for specific customer requests. These transformations require pre-treatments degreasing and pickling: immersion in acid mixtures to remove scale, oxides, lubricants and impurities, as well as specific cleaning such as on welds. Passivation is a chemical process, which delays or prevents corrosion and oxidation of materials metallic. This phenomenon favors the sealing of the surface treated by immersion of the component in dedicated acid solutions. We are able to process components with maximum dimensions of up to 4×2.3×0.60 [m] and with weights of up to 1,000 kilograms.
